Owner-operator, Debby King (Fox) spent over 25 years producing television commercials for the advertising industry in Canada and the U.S. When the time came to wind down that part of her life, she left her hometown of Toronto to launch Moving Forward in Waterloo Region in 2008. Debby’s original intention was to support seniors and homeowners who are planning to make a change in their living arrangements. She quickly discovered that the biggest obstacle for most people is the sheer volume of belongings accumulated over a lifetime, stuff in boxes and closets, basements and garages, that hasn’t been used or looked at in years. Moving Forward’s unique service offers private one-on-one sorting sessions, where we spend dedicated time with each Client as they review and make decisions about their contents, what will be kept, and what is no longer needed to support the life they’re living now.
